priya tambe transform galleryPriya Tambe is inspired by natural imagery and creates work that is beautiful and timeless, both familiar and mysterious, evoking imagination, passion, and awe.

Through her art she searches to uncover the deepest emotions in relationships among people, and between individuals and their natural environment.

Priya is a juried member artist at the Clay Art Center and Mamaroneck Artists Guild in Westchester, NY.  She also serves on the board at the Clay Art Center and Rye Arts Center. Her work is exhibited at several galleries in New York City and Westchester County, and in private collections all through the tri-state area.  Select works from her Spires Collection was published in the Art Buzz – 2010 Collection, a book dedicated to the appreciation and advancement of contemporary visual art.  Her Raku sculpture, Thinking, was selected for 500 Raku, 2010 edition.
