The PAVE class created portrait drawings in charcoal, from observation, depicting only their head and shoulders in a 3/4 turn viewpoint.  The second piece consists of mixed media surrealist works  inspired by the 20th century avant garde movement that sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind.

Their third work is made from ceramic and melted glass and inspired by their dreams. The dream pieces capture thoughts, images and sensations occurring in their minds during sleep.  Come and catch a glimpse of these pieces from New Rochelle’s most talented young artists.
